Our laundry bag has a capacity of between 8-10 kilograms which is generally used by two people for about a week. The bags are not weighed, so you can include as many garments as you want, as long as the bags close perfectly. The bags include everyday garments. You can put in all the clothes that do not need special treatment or dry cleaning. There’s no need to separate by color; we take care of that. We wash everything you send in the bag and return it folded, but it does not include ironing service. If you have any questions, you can consult with your Mr Jeff point.

You can have the garments ready in any bag, but when it comes time to take them to the laundry center, all the clothes must be placed in a Mr Jeff bag. This ensures that your package is securely closed and opened at the laundry center. If you do not have a Mr Jeff bag, the driver will provide you with one depending on the plan selected: Laundry or ironing and dry cleaning, at the time of pickup.

In your ironing dozen you can include: t-shirts, polos, formal shirts, blouses, pants, jeans, or simple skirts. (Does not include dry clean)

With a subscription, you can enjoy the service regularly, with home delivery included. Once you decide to subscribe, a charge will be generated that will renew every 28 days. You just have to choose when you want to deliver and receive each order. Subscriptions include laundry and/or ironing services. Therefore, if you want to place a dry cleaning order, you must create a one-time order and select the garments you want us to wash with special care. There is no commitment; you can cancel your subscription whenever you want, at least 3 days before it renews.
